Most of the younger kids got sea sick and knocked out in the galley. Usually the galley/restaurant area is air conditioned with fuzzy TV. My little guy went down for the count as soon as we hit the ocean. He slept on a galley bench until we were almost back in port. It is recommended that you don't allow the younger kids to watch the horizon since this is what disturbs there stomach as the boat goes over the waves. Staying in the galley and watching TV seemed to settle their stomachs. Hope that helps.
