Barry Morphew appeared in a Colorado courtroom for the first time since he was arrested a second time on suspicion of murdering his wife Suzanne.

The husband of a woman whose remains were discovered over three years after she was reported missing on Mother’s Day 2020 has arrived in Colorado to face a first-degree murder charge in her death for a second time.

A grand jury indicted Barry Morphew on a single count of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, 49-year-old Suzanne Morphew.
