Arlington National Cemetery has scrubbed from its website information and educational materials about the history of black and female service members. Some of the content unpublished from the site was on veterans who had received the nation's highest military recognition,

The cemetery, which is operated by the Army, said it was working to restore the content. Among the obscured pages was material about civil rights.

Arlington National Cemetery has purged its website of pages about notable Black, Hispanic and women veterans, as well as information about the Civil War and Black history.
