DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Iran is assessing the damage and lashing out over the American and Israeli airstrikes on its nuclear sites, though Tehran kept open the possibility Tuesday of resuming talks with Washington over its atomic program.

As part of its recent conflict with Iran, Israel reportedly carried out “Operation Narnia,” a series of targeted assassinations that killed at least eleven of Iran’s top nuclear scientists. -According to a Wall Street Journal report,

Rafael Mariano Grossi, head of the U.N.-sponsored International Atomic Energy Agency, said his agency was not making military evaluations but was using "logic" in determining that Iran's nuclear program could be up and running fairly soon.
