Ohio State football has chosen the quarterback to lead them in the 2025 college season, with Ryan Day making the announcement on Monday.

Julian Sayin is the starting QB for Week 1 for the Ohio State Buckeyes as they take on the Texas Longhorns. Ryan Day had been slow-playing Ohio State's quarterback battle for much of the fall, but he ultimately felt it was important to name a starter and allow that player to prepare for arguably the biggest game of the season.
