The Supreme Court has clarified to the Competition Commission of India that it will “not get special treatment” as the top court refuses to transfer the writ petitions filed in several High Courts challenging its antitrust probe against e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart.

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday told the Competition Commission of India (CCI) that it cannot get any “special treatment” in getting a bunch of petitions challenging its antitrust probe against e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart transferred from the high courts to the top court or the Delhi high court.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) asked the Supreme Court to transfer Amazon-Flipkart's sellers writ petitions from different courts.
