Kinetik to buy Texas midstream gathering systems from Permian Resources in $180M deal
Kinetik Holdings (NYSE:KNTK) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire natural gas and crude oil gathering systems primarily located in Reeves County in Texas' Delaware Basin from Permian Resources (NYSE:PR) for $180M in cash.
