Donald Trump's transition team has signed a long-awaited memorandum of understanding with President Joe Biden and the White House to open up the door of the incoming administration to key government offices.

The Trump team is still refusing to accept several typical trappings of the presidential transition process, including federal funding, equipment, office space or security.
