A suspect has been charged in the Sunday shooting death of a 62-year-old man in Tuscaloosa. Police were dispatched about 4 p.m. to the 3200 block of 18th Street on a report of a shooting. Police arrived to find Joseph Earl Miller dead inside his home, said Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Jack Kennedy.

Andrew Wayne Hollie was charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting, said Stephanie Taylor, a spokeswoman for the Tuscaloosa Police Department. Hollie was found by the U.S. Marshals Task Force early Monday morning and taken to the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
