Now dubbed Fiesta Redefined, here's how Verde Investments aims to reinvent the 80 acres that once housed Fiesta Mall.

The former site of Mesa’s Fiesta Mall is one step closer to redevelopment. Mesa City Council has approved a rezoning application that will allow new housing and retail to be built at the site.

The former Fiesta Mall will be home to multifamily housing, retail shops, restaurants, office space and recreational amenities.

Mesa City Council has approved a mixed-use housing and retail space to take over the 80-acre mall site formerly known as the Fiesta Mall.
