Shailene Woodley described how a close friend helped her rise out of a 'lowest low' depression that came around the time of her breakup with Aaron Rodgers in 2022. They would surf, hike and volunteer at a horse ranch to keep her active.

The actor seems to have lost both her outdoors sleeping pad and a lot of joy in the wake of her breakup with her ex-fiancé, but she’s gotten both back, she told Outside magazine.
