A teenager driving with a 4-foot python drove 110 mph and crashed into a car at Portsmouth traffic circle, police allege.

PORTSMOUTH — A Connecticut teenager — driving with his younger brother and a 4-foot-long python — has been charged with speeding over 110 mph and crashing at the city traffic circle.
