Nintendo Switch 2 prices are rising by $50 on September 1, but a major bundle deal expires May 9. Here is how to avoid the hike and save $70 before time runs out.
The Switch 2 price hike follows similar increases in the prices of other game consoles and consumer electronic devices in the past few months.
Despite all this success, Nintendo has still lowered its expectations for the Switch 2. Over the next year the estimate has been reduced from 19.86 million new sales to 16.5 million, which is no small drop. Although the price increases—especially the far more significant rises in Japan—will likely make up for a big chunk of the expecting income.
Nintendo has announced price rises for Switch 2 consoles across the globe, blaming “changes in market conditions.”
