The storm left some roads impassable and led several water rescues across the region.

Flash flood warnings were in effect for parts of Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren counties through early Saturday morning after heavy rain.

An updated flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 12:23 p.m. in effect until 3:30 p.m. for Westchester County.

Roads became rivers on Wednesday as emergency officials in towns around San Antonio raced to rescue people who were stranded.

Heavy rain has already fallen in some areas of the Garden State, and more rain is on the way today. Water rescues have been reported on flooded roads.

Some residents in Beaver are being told to evacuate as flash floods may hit their neighborhoods Sunday afternoon.
