News broke on the Today show on Jan. 7 that Cohen, Vieira's husband of 38 years, died at age 76 on Christmas Eve, and Joy Behar kicked off that day's episode with a message from the former co-host.

She also hosted the game show Who Wants to Be A Millionaire from 2002 to 2013, and was a co-host of Today from 2006 to 2011. For two years, she ran her own program, The Meredith Vieira Show.
