The Wolverines have won four straight games over Ohio State, a stretch that began in 2021 with Michigan’s run as Big Ten champions and continued in recent years. Even last year, with Michigan an uncharacteristic 6-5 in Moore’s first season at the helm, the Wolverines pulled off a stunning victory in Columbus.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Poking holes in Ohio State for the last 10 weeks has felt a bit like nitpicking. The Buckeyes are 11-0 and have played just a single one-score game (Aug. 30 vs. Texas). They have the best defense in the sport, a Heisman Trophy quality quarterback and clearly the best wide receiver tandem — when healthy.
"This whole season we've been preaching to peak at the perfect time," Michigan football QB Bryce Underwood said. "I feel like it's coming along."
