According to Ohio Lottery officials, the winning ticket was sold at an Acme Fresh Market in Akron. The winning numbers were 5, 19, 21, 28, 64, and a Powerball 14.

When the man stopped at a Quik Trip store in December, he heard about the massive jackpot and decided to buy a ticket, officials said in a news release. Although he didn’t win the game’s grand prize, the man’s spontaneous decision paid off with a $150,000 reward, according to the release.

The Powerball winning numbers are in for the Saturday, Jan. 10 drawing with a jackpot that reached an estimated $126.3 million ($56 million cash value). The largest winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Michigan was worth $842.4 million and sold in January 2024 at Food Castle in Grand Blanc.
