I tried to send a parcel in one of Swindon's new 'digital' post boxes - and it wasn't worth the faff.

Royal Mail's new 'post boxes of the future' have been introduced to Swindon and have divided the town's opinion.

The post box was only installed a number of days ago, but Mowden Post Office has already said there is a problem with it.

A business owner has reported seeing multiple confused people after Royal Mail suddenly removed one of its post boxes.

To send a parcel, customers will need to buy postage online, print a label, and scan a QR code in the Royal Mail app to open the drawer before depositing their item.
