Dozens of Pennsylvania Ukrainians and their supporters gathered at the Capitol on Monday to recognize the third anniversary of the Russian invasion of their country while voicing concerns about President Donald Trump’s recent overtures toward Russia on the matter.

Security experts are sounding the alarm that negotiations for a ceasefire in Ukraine are not only unlikely to happen in the near future, but there is a lack of clarity on what a deal may even entail.
