While the future of head coach James Franklin is once again brought into question, Penn State’s tough loss to Northwestern got even worse with the injury to quarterback Drew Allar.

“Drew will be done for the year,” coach James Franklin said after a 22-21 defeat to Northwestern on Saturday.

After nearly 12 seasons and two disastrous losses, the James Franklin era is officially over at Penn State.
