WWE Superstar CM Punk will team up with the original Bloodline this Saturday at Survivor Series: WarGames, filling the spot of the missing fifth member for the matchup. Last week on WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman returned to television after nearly five months.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful was recently asked about Punk being slotted as the fifth man. He responded that it was always the plan to have The Best in the World show up as the final member.
