MEXICO CITY -- Hours after the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration announced “a major new initiative” for United States and Mexico collaboration targeting gatekeepers who control illicit trafficking routes across the countries’ shared borders, Mexico’s president said Tuesday there was no such agreement.
