Alphabet’s Google introduced on Wednesday (August 20) a new lineup of Pixel smartphones and gadgets, intensifying its efforts to embed artificial intelligence across a wide ecosystem of products, and it had a well known name to help sell the new products.

Expect to see new Pixel 10 phones, Pixel Watch 4 and a host of celebrities like Steph Curry and the Jonas Brothers.

Google flexed its marketing might at its Pixel 10 event, with appearances from Jimmy Fallon, The Jonas Brothers, Alex Cooper, and Steph Curry.

The event, set up like a late-night show with Jimmy Fallon as host, kept things light and fun. But the real spotlight was on Google executive Adrienne Lofton, who mixed product talk with jokes aimed at Apple.

For its Made by Google event on Wednesday, Google lifted the veil off the Pixel 10 lineup today. The base model, which starts at $799, looks and seems very similar to its predecessor, the Pixel 9, with a similar design language to last year's phone.
