Nick Pivetta allowed a leadoff home run to Jung Hoo Lee that saw the San Francisco Giants jump out to a 1-0 lead over the San Diego Padres after two pitches. That was the only run he or any other Padres pitcher allowed as San Diego earned a 5-1 win at Petco Park, Tuesday.
