Google announced a beta of eSignature for Google Docs and Google Drive today, enabling users to capture electronic signatures in documents.

Google is adding native support for eSignatures to Docs and Drive. It’s releasing the ability to request and leave eSignatures in beta, after over a year of testing the feature.

Google may be working on a new feature for Google Docs that would allow users to add signatures and drawings directly to their documents faster than before.
