Fallout 4 on PS4 finally gets mods later this week Months after the PC and Xbox One versions got mod support, Bethesda and Sony hashed out an agreement to bring mods to PS4 players.

Sadly there is no way to mod the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Kingdom Come Deliverance, so in those versions of the game you're going to have to make do with the standard ways to save your progress.
