Hundreds of people gathered at Healing Park on Conwell in Casper Saturday afternoon to peacefully protest the Trump administration’s cuts and policies.

Andrew Conard pleaded guilty to accessory to arson, admitting that he provided the lighter fluid that made the deadly fire possible. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison.
