The Hartford Police Department is advising residents of traffic in the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 3 in Hartford for former Governor M. Jodi Rell’s funeral.

Hartford police have issued a traffic advisory for the Asylum Hill area during Tuesday’s services for former Connecticut Gov. M. Jodi Rell. The state’s second female governor died on Nov. 20 after a brief illness.

The late former governor will lie in state at the Capitol until her funeral at St. Joseph's Cathedral in the afternoon.
