According to the Lexington Humane Society, the children were seen throwing rocks at a dog, whom they are calling Rudy, over and over again.
The dogs will be held at the Fern Creek Pet Resort first so they can be evaluated. Eventually- they will move on to the adoption floor so they can find new homes.
