Arsenal Women and Spanish international Mariona Caldentey has been crowned the PFA Player of the Year for the 2024/25 campaign. The award was announced on August 19, following what was an outstanding debut season in North London.

Five current Liverpool players were named in the 2025 PFA Team of the Year but no Manchester City or Chelsea stars made the cut.

Villa star Morgan Rogers has been named PFA young player of the year. The 23-year-old collected the award at a glittering ceremony in Manchester on Tuesday night, after a superb 2023-24 season was recognised by his peers. Rogers is the fifth Villa player to win the prize and the first since James Milner in 2010.
