The Badgers' meltdown against the Ducks did not impact their standing in the poll, but ranked teams from the Big Ten shuffled up and down the rankings.

The new poll arrives following UW's 1-1 week on the hardwood, which included a 21-point blowout win against an injury and illness-plagued Illinois team on Tuesday and meltdown loss to the Oregon Ducks on Saturday.

The Wisconsin men had an up-and-down week, resulting in the Badgers standing put in the AP Poll while falling a spot in the Coaches Poll. After a stunning home loss to Oregon in which Wisconsin (21-6) led for the majority of the game,

The game will be streamed exclusively on Peacock, marking Wisconsin's eighth game this season on the platform. Wisconsin is 4-3 in games broadcasted solely on Peacock this season. Wisconsin basketball (21-6, 11-5 Big Ten) returns to the hardwood on Tuesday night for a contest against the Washington Huskies (13-14, 4-12 Big Ten).

Wisconsin will literally beat up the Huskies in the halfcourt, exploiting UW’s weakness versus screen-heavy attacks. The Badgers throw a lot of bodies in the way, thriving off screens and pick-and-roll schemes, while creating isolation mismatches in the process. All that contact on the offensive end will have the Huskies packing up by halftime.
