Ames Watson to acquire jewelry retailer Claire’s and its IP
Ames Watson has agreed to acquire Claire’s Holding, a Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based jewelry retailer that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this month. Also included in this acquisition is Claire’s IP. No financial terms were disclosed.
