Denise Richards has accused her estranged husband Aaron Phypers of “repeatedly” physically abusing her throughout their marriage, according to court documents.

The actor and reality TV star said in the request for the restraining order that Phypers “repeatedly abused me during the marriage” and “threatened to kill me and himself and the police.”
