SEATTLE — Two of the best Seattle Mariners players in franchise history will have their first crack at being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2025. Next year's ballot, announced on Monday morning, features both Ichiro Suzuki and Felix Hernandez.

The National Baseball Congress has announced the 2025 inductees for the Hall of Fame. The 2025 inductees are Royals great Alex Gordon, former Shocker, MLB player, coach, manager, and now local sports commentator Phil Stephenson and David Benson,

Hernandez was inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside several other big-time players, including Alfonso Soriano and Alex Rodriguez.

While there may not be any Major League Baseball games to watch right now, I’ve always found the term “offseason” to be something of a misnomer. After all, there’s no shortage of baseball activity to follow over the winter.
