FAIRFIELD, Calif. — A 28-year-old woman died at a hospital early Sunday after a head-on crash in Fairfield . Fairfield Police Department said the crash happened at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday and the other driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
