Speaking to MovieWeb's George Edelman, the filmmaker behind two 'Harry Potter' movies gives his blessing to HBO Max's questionable reboot series.

Therefore, many Harry Potter fans would probably love to be able to rewatch all of the movies in one convenient place. Unfortunately for fans, HBO Max will not be that place.

HBO has finally confirmed that a fan-favorite Harry Potter character will be in the series, after being cut from the movies.

It’s more likely than you think. In a last-minute move, HBO Max has all eight Harry Potter films, plus Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald available to stream in time for launch day today.

Max has declared that this “decade-long series” will span all seven Harry Potter books in a “faithful re-creation” of the text, promising that the show will be made with “the same epic craft, love and care this global franchise is known for.
