Dave’s Hot Chicken is reportedly close to being acquired by private equity firm Roark Capital for $1 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal. Sources told the publication that a deal “could be announced soon” if there are no hurdles.

The company expects the channel, offered via ezCater, to make up as much as 10% of its business within a year.
