REI doesn't do Black Friday. The US-based outdoor adventure store, which boasts a massive bike section among snow, hike and camping gear, instead chooses to OptOutside, closing all of its stores for the day.

REI closes for Black Friday for its Opt Outside initiative, but we still found great Black Friday deals from brands like The North Face, JBL, Smartwoold and more.

REI doesn't put on a “Black Friday” sale per say, but that doesn't mean it doesn't offer Cyber Week sales during this time of the year. The outdoor retailer is offering 30% off a whole array of current-season gear and clothing, up to 50% off any clearance product, and 40% off anything at its outlet.
