The Irish comedy writer appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with harassing Sophia Brooks and damaging her phone.

Richard Satchwell, 58, of Grattan Street in Youghal, is accused of murdering his wife Tina Satchwell between March 19 and 20 2017.

Under the proposals, graduate visas may be reduced to 18 months and a levy on international student fees could be introduced.
