The JCPenney store at the Westminster Mall is closing its doors before peak holiday shopping season in November.

Newport Beach’s Lido House hotel has named Rory Emslie as its new general manager. Emslie first joined Lido House in 2021 as director of rooms and was most recently hotel manager.
