Started the game in steam vr mode. Started trackir before starting the game. Switched to helmet mode. Set shared memory in options to pc2.

I have also tried launching it with steamvr turned off, selecting vr mode with vive in the launch options dialog, this starts the game but steamVR doesn't start and headset remains dark.
