well here is the thing, tech stocks will always be on the move till we figure out how to get out of this solar system. Since the beginning of humanity, we have always looked for ways to become more technological advanced. Yes, the stock market crashes every so often, but makes a recovery. And even professional investors are all in for tech stocks.

But I like to add in some single stocks to give a little more growth. We can look back at this post in 1 year and see how our picks played out. My picks are MSFT, INTC, COST, TT, ODFL. And my wildcard would be COKE.

Rail stocks have been lagging and CP had lots of uncertainty around its KC acquisition, but the issues have mostly been resolved and I think their CEO is sandbagging guidance. Tail winds are the effects of inflation reduction act kicking in and supply chain activity returning to normal, as well as massive north american immigration.

7Investing is similar except it's seven stocks and you have to check their website instead of getting an email. I'm still paper trading this one mostly to see how it compares. It's similar to Amplitrade I think, but more likely to have stocks that don't have options or at least options with very low activity (I only trade options 99% of the time).

To avoid stocks flipping between allowed and not allowed, we have a bot that will unspam tickers when their market cap is above $500MM and re-spam them immediately after they sink to under 400MM, or if they have been below $500MM for some time.

My thesis is simple. I’m hedging against my job being phased out, so I’m a little heavy in ai oriented stocks. If ai doesn’t pan out, my job is safe for a while longer. If it does pan out, I’m not totally shit out of luck without money or a job.

I like to purchase stock during market dips where you might be able to buy a little lower value. Don’t go crazy with a first purchase and see how it performs to decide to buy more or some more different stocks.
