Belfast Baps! ☘️😋 Recipe 500g - 4 Cups of Bread or All Purpose Flour 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Lukewarm Water 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Milk 30g of Fresh Yeast or 3 1/2 tsp of Instant 2 tbsp of Butter 1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Sugar Once the dough comes together after a couple of minutes increase the speed to medium and mix for a for another 12 minutes.
