Peeps! Make ice cream sandwiches NOW using my fab trick for creating perfect cookie-shaped rounds of ice cream. I learned this trick from @thejamlab (Amisha Gurbani) when I interviewed her for my Cherrybombe baking podcast, She’s My Cherry Pie.
