5 tips for introducing breastfeeding boundaries: 1) Give yourself permission first - yes, your willful toddler may want to nurse 24/7, but if you don’t want to it’s ok not to! Modeling healthy boundaries means that our children can hold them for themselves too. 2) Focus on connecting with your child in other ways for comfort & when they are bored, and so on. 3) Focus on when they can nurse (perhaps only at nap time or bedtime). 4) Get help - as long as you can leave your child with a loving care
