As promised I've got the winter wheat timelapse here for you! We plant soft red winter wheat in early October. Harvest comes in late June or early July. By far the longeste we have a crop growing. A little more rain instead of a very hot and dry June and we probably would've cracked the 100bu mark this year, but we still ended up in the mid-90s I think. Still got a few loads in the bin yet to determine an official scale ticket yield. Great quality too. One load had a two cent per bushel discount
