Homemade Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli 😋🥦🥩 What you need: 2 lbs chuck roast 16 oz frozen broccoli 1 cup sliced onions 1 cup broth (I used beef) 1 cup soy sauce 2 tsp garlic 2 tsp ginger Optional: 1/4 cup tbsp sweetener (honey or a zero sugar brown sweetener) How to make it: 1. Slice your beef into strips. 2. Combine with all ingredients (except the broccoli) and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours. 3. Stir to thicken the sauce. Add your broccoli, cook for another 30 minutes, take it out
