Smoked bologna fried in bacon fat in a cast iron skillet. Simple and delicious comfort food delivers every time. Had a few pieces of thick cut smoked bologna left over so I greased up my cast iron with some bacon fat, and fried us up some sandwiches for lunch. Topped em with a slice of hickory smoked Gouda cheese and tomato from our garden.
