On Sunday, Mexican special forces killed El Mencho, the leader of one of the country's most powerful cartels, Jalisco New Generation Cartel. The criminal organization, which engages in drug trafficking, human smuggling, money laundering and more, operates across the world, with one DEA agent telling CBS News the cartel networks in six out of seven of the continents.
